01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ok37 game website or mobile application, creating an account, making any deposit, or playing any game on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement applies each time you use the platform, regardless of how you access it.

These terms apply to all players accessing ok37 game from Pakistan or from any other location. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you also confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms and that the person meets all eligibility requirements.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on ok37 game, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be the account holder and acting entirely on your own behalf.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on ok37 game.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler with any self-exclusion programme.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent or close family member of any employee of ok37 game or its technology and game suppliers.

ok37 game may request age or identity verification at any point. Until verification is satisfactorily completed, access to deposits, withdrawals and certain game features may be restricted. Providing false information during any verification process will result in immediate account termination.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on ok37 game. Registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same name, the same National Identity Card number, the same mobile number, the same payment method, the same device, or from the same IP address, is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. Your registered name must match the name on the payment method you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals. ok37 game will not process a withdrawal to a payment account held in a different name from the registered account holder.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password or OTP codes with any other person. ok37 game will not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login details secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ok37 game support immediately. The platform may temporarily freeze your account while the matter is investigated.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on ok37 game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage. The amount you deposit is the exact amount credited to your gaming balance.

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• Raast – instant bank-to-account transfer

ok37 game does not charge any fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside of ok37 game's control. Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your balance within seconds. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the sending bank.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed on the Deposit page and may vary depending on the payment method selected. ok37 game reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, where that method supports outgoing transfers. ok37 game does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment accounts held in a different name.

Before a withdrawal is processed, ok37 game may request identity verification documents. This is a standard procedure and is applied to protect against fraud and unauthorised withdrawals. Processing of the withdrawal will be paused until satisfactory documentation is received.

• Any active bonus funds in your account must meet their wagering requirement before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Real-money balances (deposited funds not subject to bonus conditions) may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal limit.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown on the withdrawal section of your account.
• ok37 game aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 to 48 hours. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed faster.

ok37 game reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, a breach of these terms, or where further verification is required.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

ok37 game offers welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback promotions, VIP rewards and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals and other cricket tournaments. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are displayed at the time the bonus is offered.

General bonus conditions that apply across all ok37 game promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per IP address.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and tracked independently.
• A wagering requirement must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is shown for each bonus offer.
• Bonuses have an expiry window. Any unmet wagering requirement at the time of expiry will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• ok37 game reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on ok37 game – including slots, slot games, live casino, fish games and any future additions – are operated using certified random number generation or live dealer mechanics supplied by third-party game providers. ok37 game does not independently control the outcomes of any game.

Game results displayed on your screen are the final outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on your device and what is recorded on the platform's server logs, the server record will be considered the authoritative result. This situation may arise due to connectivity issues, browser rendering errors or device display problems.

ok37 game and its game providers reserve the right to void any game round where a technical fault has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the staked amount for that round will be returned to the player's balance.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface.
• Playing multiple accounts simultaneously to gain an advantage is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with any game is a violation of these terms.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ok37 game:

• Registering more than one account.
• Using false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using payment accounts that do not belong to you.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches or unintended game behaviour for financial gain. Any winnings obtained this way will be voided.
• Using automated tools, scripts, bots or artificial intelligence to play games or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or any competitive game format.
• Attempting to launder funds or use the platform for any purpose other than personal gaming entertainment.
• Making threats, using abusive language, or harassing ok37 game support staff or other players.
• Attempting to access parts of the platform you are not authorised to access.

ok37 game monitors accounts for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

ok37 game reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or account abuse.
• Receipt of a valid legal or regulatory instruction to restrict the account.
• The player voluntarily requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining – including both deposited funds and bonus-derived funds – may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is found, deposited funds (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for any reason can contact the support team. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

10 Privacy & Data

To the fullest extent permitted, ok37 game's liability to any player is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. ok37 game is not liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential or speculative loss.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
• Errors caused by the player's own device, internet connection or third-party software.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Changes to These Terms
